    as long as the Xpipe is made for your year mustang it should just bolt up. A forged Cobra crank will fit fine but some iron blocks need to be modified to fit the crank.

    With a catted Xpipe it sounds awesome. I put the Dr. Gas on with the Kenne Bell and I had to ditch the stingers since it's way to loud with the Off road pipe. So rule of thumb with the stingers catted yes off road no.

    I have ran a few turbo ones here in Jax they are pretty quick and I wouldn't want to run one in a GT or a stock Cobra. :nice:

    The tick is worn valve guides on 7 or 8 and causes oil to burn. A friend of mines cobra started burning oil excessively and he didn't check it and blew it up. turned out valve guide on 8 intake was gone and oil was pouring into the motor. :nonono:

    Stingers with a catted xpipe sounds awesome but don't do it with an offroad pipe.

    The only difference is they supposidly don't tick but I have seen many on svtperformance that still have the tick.

    exactly since it's the best selling point. Especially in the cobra when they hit the gas and feel the kick in the pants :D

    My dealer here lets pretty much anyone drive the cobra's. They have tons of them left over now too. I took mine for a test drive to kill time waiting for my 2002 GT to get a new alternator replaced. Well when I got back from the test drive I drove the car home an hour later LOL.
