I think you should look further into the cause of the codes. The codes don't necessarily mean the meter is bad and has to be replaced.
Try cleaning the meters wires; lightly with carb cleaner and a Q tip. Don't spray directly on the wires.

Well from your info so far I understand the following:
1) Jimmy measured a/f ratios at your tail pipes (downstream from the cats) using the EPEC and the ratio is as it should be. His dyno accounts for having cats on the car - somehow.
2) The car smells pig rich with the off road...
