    for the rockers, if you already have a shaft mount, and it will fit with the new heads then keep using it. unless you mean pedestal. otherwise go with stud mount heads if you have the option, preferably 7/16 over 3/8. the $200 price range i recommend scorpions, comps might also fit around...

    its pretty simple, the hardest parts is running the wire through the firewall. just take a saturday afternoon and it will be done. if i lived close to you i would help out. i'd even do it for pizza and some beer instead of cash.

    for the 12v, you can connect it to the radio harness or the fuse box with a switched 12v. the tach signal hooks up to the negative side of the coil, prob green /w yellow stripe or tan /w yellow stripe. ground is just almost any metal contact or ground it with something else in the system.

    since you say you have bent pushrods, best bet is it to do a leak down test to make sure you don't have any bent valves. we can't really tell you the right length pushrods to buy, only guesstimate. to find the correct length you will have to buy a rod checker.

    prob flasher relay. yours might be located behind your glove box. three screws or so and your glove door will fall out.

    also check the relay on the fender. also check the wire going to the starter for corrosion.

    you can use a 10.5", 157t, 28oz flywheel. basically it is the same as a stock 5.0 flywheel with the exception of it being 28oz instead of 50oz. just make sure that you know what balance your motor is though.

    to adjust on the car(i have never done it so i dunno if it is easy or not) you loosen the two jam nuts, and use the appropriate size wrench on the center hex shape piece.

    looks right to me. just make sure you have enough clearance around it all once you put the full weight of the car on it. unless you are going to set your pinion angle, be sure to at least measure the stock arm and set your new uppers to the same length.

    maybe it got bent when the installer didn't put the pump sock on correctly to line up with the factory baffle. he tried to push the assembly into the tank, wouldn't go all the way to sit flush on the tank, so he just muscled it into place.
