    i duno who else's pump would work with the heater lines. they have screw in fittings, so if you don't need to use them, just unscrew and put a plug in its place.

    size of hole and thread needed for return line for a supercharger??

    dunno if a return for a blower is different from a turbo, but my buddy and i did his with a punch and what not, then used a 3/8 NPT tap. he used a -10an fitting and line on it i think.

    TEMP GAUGE WAY UP!! car running great though.

    in the pic above, the sender circled in red is the temp sender for the gauge. the ECT would be on the heater heater tubes on the passenger side of the intake. if you are going to have the coolant low enough to change the sender, now would be a good time to add a aftermarket temp gauge on...

    anderson ford has the extended fork. cost like $80 or so. sometimes you can get them at shows like fun ford weekend or WFC for cheaper.

    331 Z304A heads Track Heat intake 274HR bumpstick made a few passes at the track. not even heating up the DR's, got 13.2 @ 108. launch i think was around 2500 dumping clutch, and spining in third down the track.

    i believe for the fox bodies, you can only get the 3 bolt. the four bolt is for the modular guys i think.

    pull the codes and see what you get. i don't see what fuel pump your running. do you have a guage mounted so you can see what the pressure is doing while getting on it? the whistle is prob from your BBK throtle body.

    coolant overflow tank???

    i do agree that the canton is nice. but like the other welded aluminum things, they are pricey. i think the canton one goes for like $80 or so i guess. personally i could prob be fine with the $15 one from summit, or just a parts store unit, cause i'm not really into looks as i am function.

    my book goes up till '92, so yours should be the same also. this is on my '85 disregared the dirtiness.
