    Get a offroad xpipe then buy two spun aluminum cats and have themw elded in. You can get them off ebay for like 60 bucks each or a local GOOD muffelr shop should be able to get them.

    Cutting sportlines...GEESUZ....if you drop it another 2.3in you will be on the ground. What size wheels and tires you running that you still have 2.3in of wheel well gap.

    No you can run a blower on the stock engine. Just cant go crazy witht he boost ..stay under 12psi and get a good dyno tune by someone who knows what they are doing.

    I think you are reading into why it happened a little too much. You car is going on 10yrs old..parts fail. When you pressed the pistons in it may have failed and it not releasing like it should. Replace the caliper,problem solved.

    Mine would do it within 10mins usually. But i wouldnt compare it to a focus...the low temp cooling fan cuts ON at like 210 degrees on a focus lol. High temp is like 230+
