    Why not go ahead and get a full catback instead if just welding in mufflers? You can take a look at the Flowmaster American Thunder system (2 chamber) or a MAC Catback - for similar sound. Or are you looking for something quieter?

    Did it come with a piece like this to slip into the driver side pipe that connects to the manifold? . . . . . . That piece came with my MAC pipe to help make a tighter seal in that location, if it was not installed then that may be your problem...
