    Is it just slow?

Yeah lower gears (higher numerically) will help. The mod motors just don't make a lot of power down low. As for running rough, I'd really stay away from Seafoam for just the reason you mentioned - exposing a bigger issue. As for pinging while going uphill...are you running 91 or 93 octane gas?

    Need some help from experience

Oh and I'm sure they can put an OEM midpipe back on your car for about $900.00...if not more! They throw out HUGE prices and act as if we should expect their parts to be astronomically high since, after all, they are genuine Ford parts...OMG, I just wanna puke.

    Need help with 4.6 info

The intake manifolds look the same??? They are completely different. For starters, the Mustang manifold feeds from the pass side, while the F150 feeds from the front. You should seriously consider taking your truck (which, by the way, looks great) to a reputable speed shop that works on...

    Never Again

He wrecks your car, doesn't tell you about it until you question him, and then refuses to, at least, assist in paying for the repairs? Brother or not, he wouldn't be walking too well after this crap.

My 2002 GT is having some issues starting. Please help, I know you can.

Wow - I don't think I've ever heard of someone spraying starting fluid into a EFI engine. Do you realize how dangerous that is? Do you realize that the intake system is not designed to handle anything but pure clean air? Do you realize your intake manifold is made from composite plastic? It...

    wheel opinon

IMO, I've seen way too many FR500 rims. Seem that they were all the rage for a couple of years, but I was never too crazy about em. I will tell you that polished rims take a lot of elbow grease to keep them shiny. I had American Racing Torq Thrust IIs, polished, and they were gorgeous when...

Help me figure out what I have. 04 GT

Nice ride and some nice modifications all around. I am sorry for your loss, but I'd bet your uncle would have wanted you to enjoy it - so don't let him down.

    What battery are you using?

Here in FL batteries last 2 years typically. This past month we replaced ALL three batteries in my Mach, my wife's Pathfinder, and just last weekend in my son's 92 5.0L vert. Fortunately all 3 were under warranty. I had a Diehard (didn't these used to be good batteries?) in my Mach - lasted...

    Suspension advice!

Not everyone has the funds for a full setup of MM suspension. Personally, I love MM too, but they are very expensive. UPR makes high quality stuff with reasonable prices. Sure, everyone wants to add MM to their sig, but at the end of the day, the UPR products will get you down the track just...

    New look

Well it's a great look and I honestly meant no offense by my statement. Your ride reminds me of my 2002 GT, which was black too. I had just finished installing and tweaking the 125 HP direct port injection NOS setup when I 'the idiot' pulled out in front of me, totaling my beloved ride. I had...

Looks great - I have always loved Weld or Weld style wheels. But please tell me that you have more to back up that Pro-Street look besides what's in your sig...?

16,000 Bucks What are my options

Excellent post - I'm putting 303 RWHP down, which is quite enough to get anyone into trouble. While I understand you want to plan your build, you should get the car first, and keep your options open. BTW, I have heard from several folks who were disappointed with their centri blower on the...

Spark plugs, self change or Ford change?

The only thing easier than changing plugs on a SOHC motor is changing on my DOHC motor. Personally I would DIY since I personally care more about my car than anyone else.

my insurance co. will not give me full coverage on my 00 roush, who will?

NOT TRUE. When I was rear ended in Sept Progressive replaced my Magnaflow catback. The adjuster stated the typically will cover up to $1K of aftermarket parts with a standard policy.

16,000 Bucks What are my options

I'm not sure what the question is..? Are you asking which power adder would be best for a daily driver? Nitrous is good in that you can turn it on or off. I ran with a 125 HP shot using the NOS Direct Port setup with great success. It's a cheap way to large HP. Turbos are the latest popular...
