    Yes there are alot of 1000 hp cars. I used the Veyron as an example because its a well known 1000 horse factory car. Alot of builders put out modded 1000 horse "street" cars. I guess then Im not sure what you meant below if there are alot of 1000 horse cars driven on the street.

    If I have a 1000 pony motor and dont have the equipment or driving skill to hook it up then I shouldnt have it. plus...1000 is strictly a track car unless its a Veyron. ...and to me foolish is being beaten by a dude whos wife has him so demoralized that he now drives a minivan

    too much? hmmm. To me too much is when sh!+ keeps breaking when you step on the gas. In reality too much is when its more than you need. It depends on what you are looking to accomplish. I want enough power to not look foolish.

    Unless youre competing in drift then breaking your tires loose at 80 blows. As far as street racing 1000 horse cars. Agreed on the people dying thing. Im only ever looking for enough power to not be beat out in a merge by a dick in an Audi.

    Bell housing bolt pattern is different. The v6 has the same bolt pattern as the 5.0. The 4.6 is a completely different animal. In short, no it wont bolt up.

    I love budget builds especially when they get a life of their own and end up being more than you expect:) I guess I lucked out with my ebay headlights and corners they fit perfect from the box. Good luck and yes pictures are required or else.

    Find out if there is a registry. I would bet many dont know what it is too. How many left that havent been beaten up or tops changed to black and wheels swapped out? There are a couple guys here who have real clean ones.

    How are the winter projects coming?

    Found that I have to replace my PCM. Its bad causing the number 6 injector to stay on. tested the harnes and its good. Then I can finish the S/C install.
