    XR4Ti's, Thunderbird Turbocoupes and Mustang SVO's all had them. Depending on the year and model they had 30-36# injectors and different turbos.

    Mark VIII vs. Taurus fan, pics for anyone trying to decide which to get

    I have the Taurus fan on my Mustang and using it to cool a 408. The fan works great, and I don't understand why anybody would need the Mark VIII fan. My Taurus fan keeps the rad very cool and I wouldn't want the extra size of the Mark VIII fan cluttering up the engine bay or weighing the car...

    Well, good luck! hopefully you go faster than me :D Have you had the car on the dyno yet? And what size are the tires you are using? I was using 275/60/15's on a set of turbines. ...Never mind, I just saw you had the size in the first post.

    That was with some worn out ET streets that I picked up for $50 because there was nothing left of them. I only got a 1.9 60' that run, plus like I said, missed 4th, and the density altitude was around 6000'.

    Rear Coilover Stiffness Question

    What was the problem? I did run it at the track, but never got a good clean run in. On my best run I still missed 4th, and the density altitude was around 6000'. I ran a 12.3@112 though. Hoping to get some clean runs in this season.

    First test drive went very BAD!

    I snapped one of my rockers in half...maybe you are confusing us? I had alot of problems with those rockers. The poly locks always backed off and made the rockers tick really bad. I got the scorpion ones now and they work awesome.

    Are you going to be running the nitrous tomorrow or not? Best i got out of mine last season was 12.3@112, but I missed 4th :( Hoping to get around 11.5@120 this season. have you had your car on the dyno yet?

    I run 250# springs on the rear in my coupe with the MM coil overs at all corners and I think 325 on the front. I'm thinking of going with maybe 450-500 on the front, because the front end seems like it's on the soft side for what I want, but definately way stiffer than stock or most lowering...

    SVT focus rims! They take some minor mods, but have the right bolt pattern and look absolutely sick on my XR.

    SVO vs. 5.0

    2.3's are FAR from expensive to modify, especially if you are mechanicly inclined at all. I used to own an XR as well and 300whp can be done for $1000 easily. 3" exhaust, Manual boost controller, front mount and a fuel pump and you are easily knockin on 300whp. There's a few local guys here...

    On my car as well they rubbed on the inside, but not too bad. Some adjustment of the panhard bar relieved most of the issue though.

    Exhaust clip of my buddy's GT (347, huge cam etc)

    I have full Mac exhaust on my car aswell. 1 3/4 primaries, 3" collectors, 3" pro chamber and 3" mac pro dumps. Car sounds great and verrry deep. I know you said the car still has some bugs to be worked out, but what did it do on the dyno?

    unless you have 600+ hp, why bother with it? Might as well just get a stage 2 or 3.

    Tubular K member package??

    I have the MM K-member on my car (as well as other MM parts), and no fender mods were requird for my tires to clear. I can turn lock to lock just fine with no rubbing. The car handles amazing and doesn't feel much like a fox body anymore.
