Second that. You can try and get a hold of Doug over there. If you don't want to spend a lot of time on the phone e-mail him and he'll call you back. His e-mail is [email protected]
Good luck with the build! :nice:
Look up Ken B on Modulardepot.com. His shop is called modular depot and is located in Cincinatti, which depending on what part of Kentucky you are in may not be too far. Tell him Randy's son Kyle from Sutton HP sent ya. :nice:
Get a dyno tuned chip, the other bolt ons as mentioned by everyone else, and you'll get close. With cams that aren't the most agressive and no P&P job it will be difficult. You are going to have to pick up each little HP you can through small gains. It might be better just to throw a small...
I am at Indiana University, so I am pretty close to you. I actually didn't think Bedford was even 20miles from me. Decided not to bring my car down till the spring though. I'll have to look ya up then.
Midwest SVT Challenge 2, its at U.S. 41 dragstrip in Morocco, IN. Its on Oct. 16th and is open to all fords. Its a private track rental and it should be a lot of fun. Was wondering if anyone was going from this site. I hear it talked about all the time on SVTPerformance.com and...
If he absolutely wants to stay with 17" and doesn't want to use drag radials then go with M.T. E.T. streets. Go to a smaller wheel and getting more sideway would be better but it sucks changing wheels over all the time.
Its a gray area from the pics. Its not obviously slammed down but it doesn't look like its at stock height. If I was putting money on it I would go with lowered. The black tire and black wheelwell make it hard to see where one ends and another begins.
I am planning on being there. If my car is running right I hope to make some 03 cobra owners cry when they get beat by a 96 GT. I have a green GT with roush side pipes, come over and say hi. Hope to see a lot of people there1 :nice:
Kyle
I want to install a cat back exhaust on a basically stock 99 cobra. Haven't heard too many in person and was just wondering what everyone thought sounded the "nicest". Not the loudest thoug if its kinda loud thats ok. I have ruled out magnapacks, stingers, and slp already. Thanks for the...
I had all the basic bolt-ons. I had a bullit intake, cold air, all of that. I didn't have some small things like under drive pulleys and that type of stuff. The heads are still for sale. They are still completely assembled with the cams and everything. I used to have the flow numbers on...
K members are a must. It is so much easier to do things on the underside. If cost is an issue try AJE K-members. Not sure if it cost more or less but at least its an option to look into.
I have a set of Livernois P&P non PI heads for sale. They were ported and polished by Livernois Motorsport in Michigan. They have their custom cams for the heads, and modded vavles and springs. I am selling for less than a set of PI heads is going to cost. If you are interested let me know...
