    F'ing radar detectors

Is there a fuse in the connector plug, or is it a hardwired detector? If it plugs into the lighter, than most of time those plugs have a glass fuse inside. Did o try that?

    Who makes it?

I had a '70 Ford Galaxie with a 390 in it. It was longer than I can measure and at least seven feet wide. It hit the scale at 4300 with full gas, full equipment, and me in it. My GT with me in it, all equipment, and half tank was like 3650. It is half the size of the that Galaxie. Those syrofoam...

    99-04 Overhead Storage Thingy

Well, it seems like a good idea. I think the dealer is your only option on this one. There may be something on the aftermarket that is similar.

    99-04 Overhead Storage Thingy

I forget mine is there, and I never use it. What use can you have for it? It can't hold sunglasses that well, maybe toll tickets or something? My engineering theory.....I would imagine it is probably held on with molded in posts and some of those metal rings that slip over the post, and are a B...

    own eminems car...

This proves he is gay! A V-6 and automatic? If I had millions overnight I wouldn't be buying a damn Ford. I'd have a nice plushy car with a driver. Just like those Gery Poupon commercials.

    Ricestang Pic of the Day

Big brakes are nice. When mine wear down I think I'll upgrade. Even the stock brakes can be a little spongy in long bouts of traffic.

    Ricestang Pic of the Day

I think both of you are wrong. Brakes are for keeping your car in place while it is doing a hella mean burnout. That's what their there for right?

Too many miles to start modding?

I wouldn't supercharge it with 8psi, but all the other mods won't hurt it. I am leary of cams, as I don't trust the 4.6 valve springs. Damn, its 12:15am and I am getting hungry for Taco Bell. Weird thing is, I don't smoke the green and I'm wanting to hit up a fourth meal at midnight. What's up...

2008 GT500KR... another limited edition none of us can afford

It is for collectors. That is want Ford is banking on I 'm sure. They don't care much about a performance car for drivers that may or may not beat a ZO6 or whatever. Money is the driving factor. They know people will pay extra for special editions. The muscle car trend is super hot now, even...

2008 GT500KR... another limited edition none of us can afford

Shelby just collects the checks. You know he has nothing to do with the car. It is all Ford.

2008 GT500KR... another limited edition none of us can afford

There isn't an SN197 I drool over yet. They're nice cars, but I still am not on board with the styling, plus I have memories attached to the '94-'04's. Those are my Mustangs. I grew up with those. I need therapy. I am sentimentally attached to the SN95. Plus, I never have given on up on...

2008 GT500KR... another limited edition none of us can afford

Imagine the insane mark up the Bullitt will carry. Like that old post went, how are these cars getting so heavy? The materials are lighter and stronger, and the crash equipment actually weighs less than what was used in the 80's. Maybe it is the fact that the motors weigh 700+ pounds and...

So much for my Saturday...F@$*%g mustang

I was wondering why I was getting quotes in the 150 range for taking off two valve covers. The worst part is, I painted up my valve covers and they looked pretty. Now they look like azz. They took a beating being squeezed into that small space. That is why I am not even going to attempt headers...

Want to start your car without depressing the clutch?

EDITED BY SVTTECH76 All you would have had to do in your porsche is hold the clutch pedal down to start it in gear with the cable broken.

What do you think of my custom grille? (pics)

It looks good. Most members on here don't have any style sense anyway. I challenge anyone else to come up with a better grill. All you need now is lower your Cobra. It just doesn't look good all jacked up.
