    I saw panels one time that had some diamond plate across the bottom. I thought about fixing the warped fiberboard backing, and putting some diamond plate across the bottom but i didnt know if this would look any less redneckish than my wonderful speaker grills

    the rings are the standard speed pro rings in the summit rebuild kit, after we fired it up my dad revved it to about 3k and held it there for a little bit than revved it to about 4k, after a few minutes of running between 3 and 4k he let it idle, down and we adjusted the carb and timing.

    OK for the breaking i used regular 10w30 for the first 1000 miles, than i continued to use it till 3000 miles than i switched to syntec i will do all the leakdown when iget time. The baffles are on the valve covers also,

    the motor has about 20K i didnt get in it till about 5k miles because i wanted to be safe, the oil is changed every 3000 with castrol syntec 10W30 and a motorcraft Fl1a. The pvc valve is on the passenger side breather it goes to the carb, and everything is new, i just hope it isnt rings or somthing.

    Think of a stang as a bed on 4 wheels. That is how my seat got broke, and my console too.... :D didnt think about how much money it would cost me to fix at the time. :rolleyes: Oh well it was a blast.....free post too :banana:

    Why doesnt mine lope at all? this is bull**** you are the third person that says their lopes, i buy one and it idles like stock..... :mad: :mad: . Anyways the TFS1 is a good cam so i heard, the b cam is ok but isnt as good as other ones out there, Comp is good so is Crane, or you could try AFM...

    I bought a puller from o rileys it was like $10 and it screws in the pilot bearing. and you pump it full of grease, it slid right out, no hitting anything came out ;like a champ

    My AC wont come on

    All the fuses are good i took the alternator out to get checked and it was bad it blew the rectifier (sp). No the conpressor isnt even kicking on, the blowerworked but just blew hot air but the compressor didnt kick on at all.
