    Your tranny is probably hosed http://www.moderndriveline.com/Technical_Bits/t5_history.htm 1985, Ford introduced the World Class T-5 One last piece of important information. ALL World Class T-5 use ATF oil and NOT heavy gear oil or Redline MTL! All NON-World Class T-5 use 70 wt gear oil.

    Use the 94 ball joints so you don't have to mess with the crappy cotter pin or spacer. Works fine as long as you have 94+ spindles

    From maximum motorsports. The instrutions for the tapered stud bump steer kit I bought said that bump steer is correctable with this kit with 94-95 spindles but with 96+ it's too much to correct with the tapered stud, you would need the bolt-through kit.

    You have that backwards. The 96+ spindles create way more bump steer than 94-95.

    Make sure you buy new hubs too. Most of the hubs that come off donor SN95 cars are crap. Would you use used rear end bearings in a gear install?

    Doesn't look as cool and you can't run decent brakes without spending a ton of money on big 4-lug brakes. You can buy Cobra calipers/brackets and 13in rotors for 300$ for an SN95 setup.

    I don't understand why you wouldn't need SN95 parts. The whole point of 5-lug kit is to upgrade the brakes. If you get the Lincoln rotors you are just downgrading the brakes by adding more rotational weight. The stock fox brakes are bad enough. SN95 parts let you run decent brakes and you can...

    True the bullitt springs didn't lower it too much. If I had to do it over again actually i'd probably get coil-overs or at least lower springs. The M-5400-A is a pretty budget and decent kit though.

    He must not actually be including anything. Most people would need at least 900?? The cheapest 5-lug wheels are 100 each and the cheapest tires at 100 each. That's at least 900 mounted.
