    Exactly....mine doesn't whine a bit. If you have too much or too little backlash with the gear then this will happen..I would take it back to whomever installed it if that happened.

    I actually haven't taken it to the dyno since I did my mods. There is a Speed shop down the road from me but just haven't had the extra cash to make some pulls. I hope to get some numbers soon though. My baseline stock was 230rwhp & 278rwtq.

    Also if your car is a 99+ you will need to get the electronic speedcal from a place like dallas mustang for about a $100. If it's 98- then you can just get the regular speedo gear for cheap...

    Yea, get your gear from like gefracing.com or stangstore.com. I got mine from gef for $140. Luckily I have a friend who used to work at a speedshop and he did mine for $125 in like 1 1/2 hours. No way it should take 5-6 hours, that's just so they can rip you off! :notnice:

    Use toothpaste....A buddy of mine did that with his 97 and it made a world of difference. They look a ton better, not as good as new ones but a he11 of a lot cheaper!

    Yea, you definately should've had the TC off. Makes a big difference. I drove a friend of mine's who used to have a S2000 and it was quick car, but not a fast one. They handle good but your stang should whip his butt. :nice:

    On Accufab's website, which is what I have, they show that even on a NA motor that the 75 makes more power than a 70. Not drastic as if you were adding a blower and a 75 of course, but still gains nontheless. However, as stated before the power band for a 75 on a NA motor will be different...
