    NEED HELP ON MY ROUSH!!!!!

Then he is either short shifting or he has a lot lower gear than he is letting on. 4.10's at 70mph on the highway equals about 3k RPM depending on your tire and wheel size.

    New Cams....No Springs Required!

FYI, comp claims 20hp under the curve and 50 hp peak with the Stage II VSR cams (Vavle springs required). So your gaining even down low. This has been verified by the guys at JPC to be pretty accurate. I haven't seen this with my own eyes, but the guys at JPC swear bye these cams if you want...

    Buy now or wait?

I agree with buying slightly used. If you absolutely do not want to buy used you may want to check autotrader or ebay for brand new cars on dealer lots. I know for a fact a new GT can be had for ~$26k. I got mine brand new in '06 (When they were still selling one every thirty seconds...

    What to do next!?

BBR Stage II cams are great too but they do require springs and lockouts/limits if I remember correctly.

    Keeping the plastic looking new

Peanut Butter. I'm not joking either. Google it.

    What to do next!?

Its never a bad idea to set your car up to put all the power to the ground. Doing that myself in the next couple of weeks. Swapping out almost all my stock suspension for some fancy red parts with three letters on them....... BMR anyone? :D

    What to do next!?

In ptfoxbdy89's new thread about his new dyno numbers Chad9350 states he gained 82hp with VSR Stage II cams and P&P'd . I'd say heads and cams are very worth the money.

    What to do next!?

From a few dyno sheets I've seen and fairly accurate tails from Comp Cam's , the Stage II VSR (Valve Springs Required) it is said about 20 throughout (Under the curve) and 50 peak. The Hot Rod Cam's guys with stock heads are usually seeing somewhere around 10 throughout (Under the curve) except...

    What to do next!?

If its sound your about then the Hot Rod cams most definetly. You can also do Phaser Limiters if you wanted to do that instead of locking them out totally. That way you get the best of both worlds. But yeah. If you ask me, if your not doing cams that require springs then get the FRPP Hot...

    What to do next!?

Yeah. Its easy to set it up right but is just as easy to do it wrong. That beside. If your going to get delete plates get billet/race style ones because they are more closley matched to the intake ports. Although they are more expensive. If you are handy enough you would probably would...

    What to do next!?

Delete plates are debatable because they will take some of your low end away for a not very big peak gain. You don't need a GT500 TB because it is likely you won't make hardly anymore power and it will be a headache to tune. Why would you need a fuel rail when ours supports upwards of 500 RWHP...

    What to do next!?

With Cam's you will be close to that. There is always Forced Inductions hot sister we call Nitrous... :D Otherwise heads are about it. Unless you want to count the C&L intake which even tuners have now and its STILL not being sold yet. Or a few custom intakes out there which are like $1200...

    What to do next!?

Can you swing heads and cam's? Or just Cams? Cams are awesome and along with your headers would make your car sound great! Guys are seeing some pretty decent gains from them as well.

    excessive rear brake pad wear

To me it sounds like you are leavnig your TCS on at the track. You can toast a set of pads pretty damn quick if you leave the traction control on at the track.

Comp Cams VS Hot Rod Cams

Yup. These numbers came from Comp Cam's but were also confirmed by the guys at JPC.

Comp Cams VS Hot Rod Cams

You can use limiters instead of locking them out if you want too. This is true with all but the most extreme cams and some of the F.I. cams. Also the Springs Required Stage II Comp's give you more power through the power band then hot rod cam's. They say 20 throughout and 50 peak. They being...

    Oil Change after storage

I change my oil directly before and directly after I store mine. Like Urban said, oil breaks down over time. Not just with use. Also there is going to be a moisture build-up no matter what as well. So its a good idea to change it after you get her out of storage.

Need help! Undecided about rims, please vote

I also voted for the Black/Chrome lipped FR500's because; A. They aren't as common' as bullets (But they are close) and B. Because ever since I saw them in person on a dropped black GT I've always wanted them.
