    The cam timing is correct. We kept tension on the chain the entire time. Its probably the RTV like people have been saying. Dustin is re-doing the intake tonight and hopefully that will take care of the problem. BTW, that was my shocker. :D

    Don't get the 4.30s. They suck for daily driving. A close friend of mine bought a 96 with 4.30s in it. It sucks having the engine turning that fast all the time, especially on the highway. Going down the highway at 70mph he is around 3200 rpm, its just too much gear. Stick with the 4.10s if...

    Check your tires, my car did the exact same thing that you are describing. My tires were the culprit, even though they had plenty of tread, the tread was starting to peel off the tire. I never did and burnouts, or drove the car hard on those tires either.

    Work on the punctuation and grammar, your post is hard to read. Anyway, what are you going to do if the traction control fails? If you become complacent and reliant on driving aids, you will be that much more likely to get into an accident should said driving aids fail.
