    I've heard that the factory headers are best up to about 270 hp, but cannot remember where. What do you guys think of the stockers over aftermarket on a motor with little to no mods.

    Why is my mileage so low?

    I actually just got 25.22 mpg on the interstate, from Minneapolis to Fargo while doing 75mph. Not too shabby. I'm shooting for getting 26 or 27, hopefully 28 when I take a trip a little later in october on some 55mph highways.

    Wiring Question

    You could use the radio harness to energize the relay. Or, just use a DVOM and probe for something that is hot when the ignition is on. I can dig up some wiring diagrams on my service manual a little later tonight.

    The further you push on the gas pedal, the faster the gas gauge drops. Words to live be. :D

    a T5 from a V6 is weaker, and won't last very long behind your 302

    You really only need the tune if you are doing something rather involved such as H/C/I or a supercharger or the like. Generally bolt ons will not require you to tune the car, hence the name "bolt on."

    Cruise or My Car

    Go on the cruise, they are so much fun. My Grandma just took the entire family on a cruise to Alaska. It was the most fun I have had, and it was absolutely amazing. Definately take the cruise.

    its tough to bend an x pipe, since you have to cut out the pipe and weld it up. Most shops aren't equipped to do that.
