    change plugs I would change the plugs first, and try to siphon out some of the old gas, and put in fresh gas. I don't think changing the fuel filter would hurt at all either. Start with the small things first before you go crazy, cause it could be just like what you mentioned, thats causing it...

    50.00 bucks!!!! 50 bucks is the most I would spend on that stock setup, and it better be clean enough to eat off of. :drool: Besides they are a dime a dozen on ebay, and elsewhere.

    bigger than stock valves........duh "I would just stress the above mentioned fact that the P head flow goes flat at .400" lift, so if you want more power - look at duration, BUT that messes with your finicky 94-95 EEC. My heads have 1.94 and 1.54 valves in them but no port work - they are NMRA...

    e-303 I bought my 40p's also for 600.00 tri state cylinder head.I am running an e-303 cam, and the idle is mean sounding. I've had alot of good results with the e-cam, and that's the only reason I used it with my new setup. :nice:

    PMS cumputer I have not had any problems at all because I have an Anderson Ford PMS system in the car. Before I put in, the car still idled fine, it just idles awesome now. :hail2:

    1.7 RR'S WILL CLEAR The "cobra" 1.7's will fit under stock valve covers, 1.6 "blue" rr's will not fit under stock covers 94-95, without removing the baffles.(been there, tried it) I'm running an e-303 cam with 1.7 RR'S, and they fit fine under my stock valve covers with the baffles left on...

    How to make computer think the EGR is still there?

    Take connector off of egr unscrew the white piece on the back of egr valve off, with conector still attached. Tape the prong so that it's pressed in, and that should give the computer a good egr signal, without the valve present.

    Don't set the RPM, cause if you activate that function, and don't have air idle set correctly, you motor will idle at like 1500-1900 rpm steady....trust me I know.been there, done that :notnice:

    AFM PMS Don't expect to get your fax in 2 days... IT DON"T HAPPEN! It took mine like 4-5 days. Trying to set that thing without the fax they give you, is like "pissing in the wind" Your car will run shady, and nothing will seem right. I finally got my program set last week, and the car runs...

    It's easier to walk away, than to face the problems your currently having. Take a breather,then go back and kick those problems in the nutz. You'll be glad you did in the end. You'll say "s*it, I almost gave up on this setup" meanwhile...wooooosh, wooosh,wooosh goes the turbos.
