What is your opinion of the Dynacorn '67 fastback bodies?

I'm redoing a 66 vert now. I've replaced 70% of the metal. Been on it for off on and on for 1 year now. Although it will be a lot less than than 15K if all the repairs were done by a shop it would well exceed that. Sure would be a lot easier with a new shell but would not feel like a...

Need assistance with my cowl side panel

Its hard to imagine it was defective. I'm doing mine now and it is a spectra also. In measuring from up against the pilar where hole is to edge of cowl min is 12 1/4 inches. Also the flange on you firewall patch looks wide mine is 5/8 of an inch. To me it looks like you have everything right but...

    Which Distributor?

+ ive got the vacuum advance on my 347 set up and ended up capping the hose. I need to pull it out and lock it out one of these days. I was having some off idel acceleration issues. Thought it was carb but local engine builder was looking at my car and plugged - not more offi idle issues.

    Front coil spring adjustment

I think you may find there is not a general rule of thumb since engine sizes and other power add on as well as springs can make a difference. On mine I took a quarter off at a time to get stance I wanted - I have a 347 with all the power add ons. A 1/2 coil got me about an inch - which is pretty...

    Camshaft for 331 stroker

I think you are getting feedback from people that are knowledgeable. Every build is different and is based on peoples preference (low end versus high end torque, lopey cam vs smooth idle, gas mileage important, etc.) and is very subjective - no right or wrong answers. You got a couple...

    Camshaft for 331 stroker

Good point on valve train noise. My valve train noise is a little noisier than most. I had just attributed it to the hydraulic lifters and being a roller.

    Camshaft for 331 stroker

Ive got a comp cam xe274h. Really like it a lot. Good idle adn vacuum but lot of torque. May want to talk to comp cams. I found them to be pretty useful. Gears and stall will also need to be consideration.

Spraying Primer in Garage - Any Tips to Keep Mess Down

I think what I will do is run my garage furnance to 70 shut it off then spray. Open it up and let air circulate and then shut it and turn the furnance back on. It is pretty insulated. I already have blasted the fenders and want to shoot before surface rust builds up. I'll just cover everything...
