    Check two things. Your torque boxes and your pinion angle. I had a upper torque box rip out and did exactly what you discribe. Battle boxes and a adj. pinion snubber fixed it for good.

    For your combo 19s are fine. If it smells rich check your plugs to confirm it is rich. You most likely need oxygen sensors because they are not doing there job. Edit: Yes your gears are killing you. Grab a set of 3.73s and be happy with a better feel and better gas mileage.

    Unzip the bottom of the seat. Stick your hand up the back till you feel the headrest post. Run your finger down till you feel a very thin spring steel clip. Pry it out and lift the headrest at the same time. After you figure out the first one you can do the other in 30 seconds.

    I used evercoat brand "Metal Glaze" It has great adhesion and it mixes very thin and sands easy. Then just prime and paint with "trim black" Or "bumper Black"

    The snout on the input shaft are different diameters and the gearing is different.

    Factory off of a 89 gt vert. 60.09mm on the back side. 62.67mm on the front side and a step down about a half inch before the blade that takes it from 62 to 60. Doesn't change the fact that the blade is 1.5mm tho.

    My bet would be no change in HP but gain 5lb ft with the 65mm.
