    I heard bad things about the 90 deg. turn in front of the MAF in the demolet CAI. I currently use their throttle body to MAF tube with stock airbox, k&N filter and no rubber silencer.

    Radar detectors

    I have my radar detector mounted on top of the mirror. The radar won't be affected, but you will get less laser detection. My V1 detected laser with no problem with the dots in the way, but I'm not sure how other radar detectors will work. http://www.geocities.com/joop1987/interior.jpg

    Do fuses 8 or 2 blow under the the dashboard? If not, your CCRM might be messed up.

    CAI Help

    I've read the 90 deg. bend going into the fender will give bad readings to the MAF. I just use the densecharger MAF to TB tube, K&N filter and no rubber silencer.

    Is the POS cd changer covered in the warranty?

    My does that every 6 months. I remove the radio, take off the front face, and clean (with rubbing alcahol) the bottom grey rubber roller that pushes the CD's out. Works like new for another 6 months till it gets greasy.

    I'm just using a Densecharger TB to MAF tube with K&N filter. Snorkel removed and covered by a piece of "CAI" heat shield.

    When you flood an engine, press the throttle all the way when starting. This will stop the any more fuel going in.
