    FR500

Somebody has done a dual supercharger setup on a T-bird already so it's definately do able. That is IF you can find room for two superchargers, and IF you wanted to waste money on such a setup. Personally i dont see why you'd want to do that because you could just as well buy one really good...

    starting problems

Sounds like an alternator. You could always take it off the car, and bring to it autozone/napa to have it tested.
  3. Q

    backfiring

Have you checked the distributor like the tuner said? Sounds like the problem to me.

    Blew something...help!

I agree, you have to go out start the car and try to listen where the hissing is coming from. Its probably just a vaccum line that came off under the intake or something.

    EFI Help Needed Badly

oh that sucks! I'm shocked that the computer didn't do the trick. I was hoping you'd find an ebay computer so you could resell it if the problem persisted.

Do you hear the motor going when you push the button or is it totally silent? There aren't any "tricks" that i know of that can help you out. All i can suggest is if there is no noise when you push the button on both sides check the fuses, then if they all check out, look under the seat and...

    Brake light switch not switching?

Oh and i believe its set up so that if the wire is pulled off the switch (like you disconnecting it) the light will stay on anyway. So more than likely its the switch.
  10. Q

    Brake light switch not switching?

It's probably the switch itself by the brake pedal. Either that or there is a wiring problem somewhere. All i can suggest is to take the brake switch out and see if it works or not. (using an ohm meter)

    Trick Flow Intake Problem!!!!!!!!!!!

What other mods do you have done? You really won't notice much of an increase in power with an intake on a stock motor.
  13. Q

    What could be wrong

Yes you need a volt meter to set the tps. Clean your IAC, and TB, then set the TPS, and clean the MAF It's all here... http://www.muscularmustangs.com/iac.html

Turbocharged V6 - quick or not?

LOL, sounds like a ricer to me. I wouldn't even give him any credit for having it until i actually saw it with my own eyes. The next time he starts talking smack, tell him to open the hood and let you see. I'm sure at that point he'll give some lame excuse about not being able to find the...

oh geeez, here we go again. Search the forum, this has been discussed before.
  17. Q

    Is it possible..

I did...LOL I have a tool that holds the alt (or whatever) by the pulley itself. Then all i did was use a long ratchet/socket to get it off. Obviously you dont have this tool so your best bet is just bring the car to somebody and have them take the pulley off with an impact wrench. I've been...

Could i make my own MAF?

nope, not unless you could make it to exact specifications, such as a cnc machine. You'd need a sampling tube to make it work right, like a C&L. Not worth the trouble just to wind up with a ghetto MAF.

this is way off topic but i need some pointers

You might want to find somebody who knows what they are looking at to go with you before you spend money on something like that. Those hydraulic pumps/etc are expensive.
