    I think tan metallic stripes would look great on the Redfire, but only with a tan interior. By the way, why doesn't Ford offer a tan interior? I think it would look hot with the Redfire Metallic.

    All depends on how bad you want one. As with any new car, financially the smart thing to do is to buy a 1-2 year old used one but that won't happen until next winter or spring. If you really want one and can afford to take the depreciation hit of the first year than go out and get it!

    Mine went straight into the firewall and had to be disconnected at the heater core. I probably wouldn't have changed the heater core if I could have changed the hoses without taking it out.

    The worst part is that you can't change the heater hoses without removing the core. Most other cars have the hose connected at the firewall. Not the II. You have to take the core out to remove the hoses.

    How easy is it to swap newer Mustang Seats into the II? I'm talking about the fronts. I'd like to get a set of like 94-99 front seats and I'm wondering if anyone has done it. I'd settle for 87-93 seats if I had to but they are a little harder to find.

    Yeah, mine's mounted in the same place. I was just curious if your's buzzed like mine. Obviously the unibody causes some resonance. I'm going to try to insulate it with more rubber and I'll let you know if it gets any quieter.
