    I have a 2001 honda f4i. It's a good bike, it's light and it rides pretty comfortable. People tell me it's a great bike for stunts and such, but I'm not so sure I'm ready for all of that yet! I'd say any of the top companies make great 600's. You can find one for 3-4 grand in really good shape...

    yeah, the headlamps are definitely in need of replacing. I can't manage to convince myself to spend some money on them yet, for some reason. I'm tying to find a reasonable way to project the HID's without buying the crappy looking projectors they make for our cars. Maybe I'll try one of those...

    Question about SAE factor on a DynoJet run...

    That explains a lot. Very good. I've had my car dyno'd from two different places, and both gave me uncorrected numbers. I wonder why that is. I mean, I know I'm at sea level.. but 95* weather and 90% humidity can't be a great dyno day =(

    The liquid ICE wax works alright. It's mostly for inbetween heavy detailing sessions to keep the depth a little longer. I just cleaned and iced the car today. Sometimes I get depressed when I get close enough to see all the imperfections, it makes me never want to wax again :(

    12 dollar static cling window tint from your local auto parts store. I've had the same tint on their for about 8 months and it still looks pretty good, although it is probably about time to renew it. It's a fun little project.

    I always get confused when people start talking about corrected numbers and stuff. I have never even recieved "corrected" numbers for my car. I know that uncorrected I put down 373 to the wheels. Does that mean corrected would be more? And do the numbers you describe vary depending on location...

    I ran consistant 1.9 60ft times, and I could only manage to trap 113. I have 3.73's and it's a 5 speed. Granted, this was on street tires, and a pretty nasty slipping clutch. Maybe I spun going into second pretty bad too. As far as this topic goes, its all the same. Auto, roots/twin...

    I thought bassani was more raspy then any of those other brands mentioned, personally. I own the Borla stinger catback. It's matched with a catted MRT H and it drones like hell too. I deal with it, especially since it's not a DD anymore.

    I kind of think it would look AMAZING with no emblem at all. It would have a super mean look from the front, plus I kind of like the idea of not advertising a Cobra. But.. if the emblem is a keeper.. I'd say center it.

    I discussed that thread with my brother, and thats where this whole debate came from. In theory, if my brother is right, and the tires don'tm spin.. say max power is made at 6 grand, couldn't you just be at like 5500, slam it to 6000 and left off for a peak HP reading? I just don't know...

    I think 6500 for a 94, whether it's fully loaded or not, and that many miles is crap. I would never pay that much for a truck. Find him a little 4 cyl 2 door car for like 3000 bucks man. Thats what I learned on.
