    are those cheap ebay lowering springs any good?

    i've always heard "you get what you pay for" so i'd just splurge the 200 and get the good stuff from the beginning. all you "need" is the springs, but c/c plates are agood idea for any amount of lowering. and shocks can't raise your car up.

    gotcha. so say i wanted to run a 170 rate spring in front. what should i run in the back? and if i got adjustable struts/shocks, would it be streetable? would it be almost as good as stock? i'm not concerned with it handling like a road race car, i just wouldn't want it to be much worse than stock.

    deffinitely change it. use dexron/mercon III. edit - wait. i don't know if it's the same stuff for an automatic.i thought it said ATF on it, but i'm not sure. just take it to a shop and have them flush it.
