    The PO (original) had a vinyl top made for the 66 fastback I have now. When I got the car from her in 94 it was maroon with the black top. It was done very professional and had chrome trim bent all the way around. I took it off and painted the car back original wimbledon white.

    How much good are Tri-Ys with my set up?

    I run into a issue with my 66 Cali. smog heads and the tri-y's. The headers would not fit with the air nozzles in. I did not have the emissions on my car anymore so I plugged the air nozzle holes up on the heads and all was well.

    paint shops can take a paint camera and and punch in the paint code. The computer will shade the mixture to match, it is not always perfect but a lot better than that. I used to work at automotive paint store and have painted several pieces that matched perfect or at least super close.
