    Wait, isn't excess coolant supposed to go into the over flow tank? Are you actually loosing coolant from the entire system, or is it going from the radiator into the over flow bottle, then escaping the over flow tank?

    I know a few people who just run alt and crank. Of course it is a PITA to get the belt on. He had to loosen the alt, and crank the motor to let the belt "ride" onto the pulley.
