    Fuel Tank Problem

    Check the donut gasket for the filler neck. If that isn't seated right or if it's cracked then it will leak and run down the side of the tank and under the plastic cover. Especially with a full tank.

    BBK Header Fitment

    The BBK actually fit better and were easier to install than the MAC. I did put some heat wrap around that AC line because it was close to the primary tubes, but it wasn't anywhere close to touching or crushing it. I also had Energy Suspension poly motor mounts and Edelbrock aluminum heads...

    No need for an aftermarket 9" for the power you are wanting. A tight and well built 8.8 with a 31 spline trac-lock from an F150/Explorer or cobra along with 31 spline aftermarket hardened axles will hold the power you want plus much more and would be the cheapest route to take.

    Maybe go get a coolant system pressure tester loaner tool from Advanced Auto or Autozone and put that on and pump it up to help look for the leak while the engine is cold might be easier.

    explorer intake

    Yup, the stock GT intake ports are oval and inline, while the explorer/gt40 tubular/cobra ports are round and staggard. An explorer lower will work with a cobra or gt40 upper though and vice versa....a cobra lower will work with an explorer and gt40 tubular upper

    Yup, then after you turn it to that sweet spot put the e-brake on to help keep it from turning or put it in gear (forward or reverse depending on which way you are turning the bolts...loosening or tightening).

    Do you have subframe connectors installed? That should be one of the first mods you do. It helps a ton with chassis stiffness.

    They didn't come with one from the factory, but Ford Motorsports (alonge with a few other companies) made one to clear aftermarket intakes and it also clears the cobra intake. I have one. It goes around the front of the intake instead of over it like the stock brace does.
