    connect vacuum lines on 95 cobra

    I don't have any pics, but 4 (big one) goes to the brake booster and the other two normally go to some colored hard vacuum lines that run to some solenoids in the fender by the shock tower then come back out and run to the EGR, fuel pressure regulator, and check valve behind smog pump.

    I replied in your other post also, but concerning cobra EEC control of a gt motor, your best bet is to get a chip or tuner to adjust it for the injectors, or just swap the cobras 24lb injectors over to the gt motor would probably be the simplest/cheapest.

    Yes, the fan has two speeds and when the a/c is turned on the high speed should come on. The high speed fan should also come on when the coolant temp reaches something like 220*

    cobra intake with 1inch spacer clear hood?

    don't know about a 1", but I've used a 3/8" and it just barely cuts into the hood blanket near the cobra emblem on the top. I'd think a 1" wouldn't clear.

    You can get the safe injection box from Snow so it backs off timing if the pump goes out or you run out of fluid, but most just relocate the ACT (IAT) sensor to after the nozzle and then have the tune adjusted so the EEC will pull timing if the intake temps get too high.     rear end swap

    fox body mustangs from '86+ (maybe '85) have the same rearend housing, just different brakes and axle lengths due to the abs sensor rings. So if you can find someone selling one of those with gears all you'd have to do is swap out your axles and brakes and it will bolt right up.
