    Looking for SCT xcal 2 is royal pain!!

    anyone know where i could find a used xcal 2 im looking everywhere and everyone wants atleast 300+ dollars i don't have that kind of money! it seems like a year ago when i didn't have a stang i would see used ones all the time 150 dollars or so???

    don't feel like your wearing out the mechanic.. in my experience trust me its ok to be a little paranoid, worry about something that may or may not be wrong is ok get it checked but to worry about something and say its probably nothing can be pretty costly!

    really? i've heard some good stuff about them?? i only paid 170 for the cai and the plate anyway so what could it hurt.. i learned the cai has an insert on the filter side that allows a little less air to enter but more than stock so i'm thinkin it will run stock tune until i get my tuner.. lol...

    I just got a slightly used Air Raid cai and throttle body spacer kit.. im wondering will this kit run on my car with a stock tune?? i plan on buying a sct xcal 2 later and getting it dyno tuned im just curious as to if this application works stock?

    hey my 05 gt just had the same problem except mine was just a bs chip installed on the car before i bought it.. i just had them take it out and put in a stock one no problems as of yet.. im looking for a replacement cai and tuner now..

    got any ideas on some reasonable mods.. i have some money but not alot i was trying to go with a cai, a tuner, an aggresive midpipe/muffler, and a short throw shiffter... and yes the shifter is gonna be my first upgrade!
