    My SLP's have no drone, at extremly low RPM's (1,000-1500) if you push the gas it gives a very mellow type noise; that's the closest thing to droning you'll have with SLP's

    you NEED the full kit you NEED a tune you probably need a CAI you NEED tires you'll probably want exhaust as well. I guess it depends on how much you wanna spend.

    Loss in hp / torque from mufflers?

    well, i'm from houston and we basically breathe water. SLP has a lifetime warranty against rust, so i'm not too worried about it. Looks like those two guys got a bad set of mufflers.

    Loss in hp / torque from mufflers?

    Axleback's affect the sound of your vehicle, nothing more. I'd be suprised to see anymore than 3-5hp gained from them, let alone a change in your powerband. **edit** SLP are stainless steel, you won't see these bad boys rusting for 10-15 years.

    I know there is a setting on the tuner to turn off the plates themselves. However, give bren (brenspeed.com) or doug (bamachips.com) a call and listen to what they have to say.

    Please look at these dyno results

    I think your dyno is messed up man. The avg. stock numbers for a 05+ stang is 250~rwhp and 270~rwtq. If your car is doing that badly, i'd go to the dealer asap.

    Alright, they need to hire a real driver if they want to be taken seriously. 13.55 in a 350rwhp+ car? Um, wow. I've seen mustangs do 13.2 at 107mph with just shortie headers, mid pipe intake and tune even with a ****ty 60'ft. That car should be running mid to high 12s, low 12's with tires.
