    mac's versus magnaflows

    I like my magnaflows. They sound good. However, fitment was an issue, and I got two different tailpipe hangers, so I had to cut them and weld them so they were the same size. Also, I don't know if you have an LX or GT, but I was dissapointed to find that they only sell the LX catback with 3"...

    Mine looked like that too... As far as I know, all the speedo gears for the non-stock final drives don't "fit" perfectly. Just depends how lucky you are as to how long they will last. I got another, from a Jeep dealership, and sanded down the knurls slightly. That helped. The second one has...

    Question for ALL of you, if you had no money worries what would you build????

    Idealistically, I'd put half into toy money, and half into savings. Then I'd build myself the baddest mother of all motors money could buy. :) Sure it'd take twice as long to build, but at least then i wouldn't be piss poor when I was done with it.

    The game's cool...I've got a Ranger right now making 262 hp. The car tops out at 80 mph. It's like theres a governor haha. How do I flash the computer ?? Its all VTEC controllers. No flashes.

    Exhaust Rattling

    Check to see where its hitting. Mine was real close to the gas tank (IIRC), and i had to make a few adjustments before it would fit. EDIT: Actually, after reading Hissin's post, it was the frame rail that was touching.

    Wow dude...my sister just bought a house. 375,000 for a garrison, on about 1.5 acres. Up here in Taxachusetts you can't find a house like that for less than 275. Prices are real high.

    ran out of gas and now car won't start

    When I ran out of gas, the same thing happened to me. Car wouldn't start. Turns out I had a clogged fuel filter. I figure the pump must have picked up a bunch of the junk on the bottom of a 13 year old tank and clogged the filter.
