    Unless you have a pretty decent job and are somewhat mechanically inclined, I wouldn't recommend a Fox. These cars are getting to be 20 years old now and will need stuff replaced. Can turn into money pits really quickly.

    And a 91 dash harness won't plug into the 86 dash stuff.. so really you would have to swap the whole dash along with all the electronics.. Would be much easier just to find an 86 5.0 harness and swap that then to try and get the 91 stuff to work.

    Put a mechanical gauge on it, also would check the oil level itself just to rule it out.

    Lower or upper bolts? All lowers should be the same size, uppers in your case im not sure on.

    Its a piece of cake, if you get the walbro that comes with the install kit its really straight forward. Undo the straps, and you will probably have one bolt that holds the filler neck bracket to the tank as well. Undo that then drop the tank, moving it towards the driver side so the filler neck...

    The EVAP system doesn't harm anything by keeping it, you would only be hurting yourself if you were to take it out.

    Suppose to take the Mercon. The fine bearings need the auto tranny fluid to be able to get in there, whereas the gear oil is very thick and hard to reach the small needle bearings.

    The last one is the EVAP purge solenoid. Should be a vacuum line that comes from the charcoal canister to that, then from that to the upper intake manifold.

    No, just the floor or anything really. Hell ive even let it rest on the k member before just sitting in the engine bay haha. As long as you let it down really slow and don't like slam it it will be fine. The oil pan is pretty strong.
