    thats just the way it is man. i thought it was just me, but then i realized that some of my friends with some of the baddest cars in town (really some of the fastest street and track cars around my parts) think that their cars feel slow now too and they dont even know where to go with them next...

    no pics but the dd is a 99 all time AWD exploder. 4.0L...only thing i did to it was put 31's on it to fill out the wheel wells a little better. i learned a long time ago the rule. "thou shalt not mod thy daily driver!"

    biggest tires?

    32's will fit fine. ive got a 99 explorer 4x4 with 31's and i still have room to spare and if im not mistaken the rangers have a hair more than the explorers do. ive seen several stock 4x4 rangers with 32's that have no issues with rubbing and they look GREAT!!

    99 4 door explorer. 4.0v6 all time all wheel drive. i rarely ever drive the stang anymore:(

    Tires that will fit

    look at the bfg kdws. i used to have them in 275's on my 94. i wouldnt put anything smaller than a 275 on a wheel that wide, 275's are BARELY big enough.

    ive never run a car at the track with 2.73s but just start a hair above idle and work your way up...this is assuming your gonna be on street tires.
