    Switch To Conventional Oil?

You go up to 10w-30 in these engines, make sure it's still synthetic though. I've ran 0w, 5w, and 10w in my 4.6 mod. 0w in the winter . And the thicker oil in the summer. All with no problems. Now these vortec 5.3 liters; by GMC, do not like the 10w, starts engine valve train knock. Nice to...

Found Spark Plug On Road Help

Ummmmmm, lift up your hood and check to see if your wires are in place. The car wouldn't not run for long with a missing spark plug. Sounds as if someone is playing with you or this is a poorly trolled thread.:roast:

Running 15's In My 02 Gt, Help!

Well, I heard of semi-stock mustang gt running 12's. A good tune, suspension, some intake mods, most important the driver mod, should get you into the 12's. Now unless you have some serious compression issues, then the driver mod is the most needed. Those heavy wheels are not helping.

    01 Mineral Grey Vert

I hope that's not chrome, polished aluminum would be sick, besides the aluminum version of those would be hot on my 2000 gt. So, yes I approve. But the stock wheels are so light. Kinda hard for me not ta' refurbish the wheels that came with the car.

    Supercharged V6?

But a supercharged mustang v-6 would be a bit of a novelty, knowing you out run most p.I. mustang mod motors could be fun . Rear diffs can be swapped out easily for400 bucks, including labor of course. But you must rebuild if you want longevity, the diff I'm meaning. So all in all I would...

    What About Brakes?

You can find slotted rotors for much cheaper then AM. EBay has been really good for me as far as rotors is concerned. Only rotors, though.

    4.6 Swap

Yea dude, the stock cast-iron block is not gonna hold 1000 h orse power, the 4.6 stock aluminum block (from what I've read) is not gonna hold that much power. You are going to have to order a specially made aluminum block for those type of horses.

    4.6 Swap

Sounds like this is a troll thread, or the o.p. is is wanting to spend more money for efficacy then what is necessary. Can he do all of the work himself or is he putting together a "gopher" list, or go-for list for a builder? That can get in the 10's of thousands really, really, fast. 4.6 mod...

    Blown Spark Plug Coil Nightmare

Same happened to me, but a local mechanic drilled to much aluminum and ended using a tapped in Helicoil. Come time to replace the plugs, had to take the helicoil out. So I had a Mustang specialist do a full Time Sert install. All of the plugs were fine except the one that was put in with...
