    of course it is...4th gear is your 1:1 ratio where the 5th gear will be your lowest(OD)...depending on trans would be somewhere around .62-.68...so no matter what your rear gear ratio, the tires would be spinning faster than the motor. TO be honest If gas prices weren't so damned expensive...

    I guess you're right...but I just assume...front coil-overs...tubed K/a-arm You can also get an AJE tubular K-member and A-arm set-up with spring perches so you can use stock springs and struts :nice:

    yup drop those 60fts to a 2.0 and you'll see high 13s....find a way to get down to a 1.7 and you should find yourself in the company of the mid 13second crowd!! Nice runs though! That MPH is cookin' and shows you seem to be shifting it where it needs to be shifted.

    contrary to what you believe...my drag suspension is perfect for the street as well...it just so happens to be good on the drag strip.

    just remember to check with the sanctioning body for the class in which you wish to run...a lot of times you have to have a specific OD steel, and it has to be welded in a certain way(chrome moly should be TIG welded) and to certain components (main hoops, etc.)

    with 4.56's I get 16-18 city and 23-25 hiway...with the stock 3.55's my city MPG was about the same(with the occasional 20mph) but my hiway was around 27-28mpg...so I only lost a little.. 4.56, I wouldn't have it any other way !

    oh on stock springs huh? I'd do 3/4 of a coil for all the naysayers...even with my 90/10s and cut front drag springs, my ride is in no way bouncy
