    yeah, and in some cases big ass cams require aftermarket intake and exhaust. cams aren't tough unless you're doing the springs. doing the springs properly is just time consuming...

    Anyone here hate their exhaust sound?

    I have a full SLP system. LT Headers, Catted (and interchangeable offroad parts) X Pipe, and loudmouth aftercat. It's really loud. Doesnt drone. Has a shotgun/machinegun "brap brap brap" sound on throttle. I personally LOVE it. But other people think its too loud. I ditched my 2 chamber...

    yalp, once my catalysts warm up, they start muffling the sound and I lose some of that "race ready" tone. sigh. thats what offroad pipes are for.

    I have heard that sometimes ram air kits can throw off the MAF at high speeds... dunno though, never had one.

    I'm in the north east. And I felt nothing. I didn't feel any more power, any less power, no cooling problems, no dimming problems, no overheating problems, no battery problems... Absolutely nothing. I have steeda's on an 02 GT. I'm sure there's some gain, but my ass doesnt feel it.

    YES. my girldelete didnt tape right in either. I thought I was the only one. Sigh. I used double sided tape. :shrug: just some generic brand.

    aye, the studs on the driver's side were leaking bad for me. i pretty much left it until i got long tubes :D
