    I was referring to HP not weight so where does "1/4 ton" fit in all this? At what cost? 5.0L mustangs sell normally at 4K and that is for what 14.7 in a 1/4.     Well if he decides to do a port and polish on the head, depending on what kind of P&P and mechanic, it can be done cheaply. Personally I am doing a N/A project, and NA i am building will blow the doors off most V8s and turbo 2.3L.

    15.3 doesn't sound right

    Now AOD is the automatic tranny right? I know I have heard AOD from somewhere before. As for the weight, there is some despute. Alot of people say it is 3100 to 3200 LB, others have gone as far as to say it ways 3500LB. So I wouldn't know unless it gets weighed.

    Every where I look I see 15.3 as a 1/4 mile time for a 1987 GT with a 5 speed, & needless to say 15.3 doesn't sound right. Especially for a 3100LB 225HP 300trq with a 5spd car :bang:. I imagend it as a 14.5 to 14.7 car. So am I missing somthing?

    Hey! I have a question about Mustang louvers. Some people say that very little parts from the Mustang IIs can be used on a fox body, so I was wondering can I use louvers off a Mustang II? I have a 1987 Mustang hatchback.
