    Yes it is fairly easy to do all those things, just get a shop manual from Pep Boys. I wouldn't advise using the manuals they sell for doing really indepth things, but for what you want they will work.

    The cover and the bolts came off my 98, the 2000 block didn't have timing cover when I got my hands on it.

    Honestly, I'm not sure what size they are. But the bolts that go around the cover are all the same size except for two right above the oil pan.
