    AFR185's and a COMP THUMPR cam are already on the long block. thanx to this forum for giving me the negative advice on Patriot heads. and, the Edelbrock 600cfm w/e-choke was the best decision for fuel economy so far... all Holley's have mechanical secondaries i believe.

    i would take it back to the "reputable" Mustang guy. tires going bold on the inside indicates bad alignment. tell him how it drives and to inspect the suspension.

    i had a similar problem a while ago, but no lights at all. had to replace the brake light switch twice. first one lasted like 1 week. i think not all switches are alike and maybe how it's installed is an issue.
