Thats 293 hp and 330 tq at the motor with only a little intake and full exhaust. IF you are comparing to advertised numbers, thats 33 hp and 28 tq over stock.. aka you are putting down good numbers for only having bolt-ons. I have no idea what you are pissed about.
Welcome to reality

I'm pretty sure the springs are identical, both dropping .75". However, the mach 1 rear dampers are a little softer (ford wanted it to have a bit more weight transfer).
If you want great and noticable combo, go with H&R Super Race springs with Bilsteins.

Given I only have Hawk HPS in the rear, but they haven't made much noise. I'm putting them in front after the OEM pads on the Cobra front brake kit wear out.

the middle number is a percentage of the first number (the first number being tread width in mm).. The stock diameter is about 25.7" which is a 275/35/18. A 295/35/18 will be over 26" which will slightly mess up your speedo.

285/35/18 would have been the ticket. If you go to www.tirerack.com and click on a tire, and then specs, it shows exactly how tall the tire is. You want something betwen 25.6-26" for the rear.
I just installed Autolite 764's myself. I believe they are the OEM supplier for Motorcraft, but don't quote me on that. I payed $1.39 per plug. www.bullittarchive.com has a good write up. Careful not to strip the coil-on-plug bolts (i didn't and had to use vice-grips to get it off).

I was wingless (with Hillman plugs) while my 03 Cobra spoiler was being painted. I think wingless looks great with Deep Dish Bullitts.
IMO
1st place = 03 Cobra
2nd place = Wingless w/ DD Bullitts
3rd place = everything else

My buddy's dad has a 2001 Camaro SS. He switched to synthetic at 90k and got a head tick. I'd say a switch that late CAN be a risk, but you may not have a problem.
I have the SuperRace in the rear. Its definately not a launching spring. I can hard launch and the car doesn't drop in the back, but the tires do stay planted (and spinning, hah)
If only it were mandrel bent and included 3.5" tips.. I paid 380 shipped for SLP LMII. I can send a video to anyone.. email me at [email protected] if you are interested (deep smooth sound)

Unless you are doing coilovers, you don't really need the STB.
As was mentioned skip the Eibachs and KYB's. Do H&R Super Race and Bilstein dampers. Everything else looks fine. MM Alum Rack bushings will stiffen the steering feel if you want to add them too (40 bucks).
