    PI= power improved NPI= non power improved Between '96-'98, the Mustang had NPI heads, intake and cams. Starting in '99, they used PI heads, intake, and cams to give the modular 4.6 more horsepower. So a good start for you would be to install all of those parts, or upgrade to Trickflow heads...

    Resurface Rotors?

    If they aren't a certain thickness, no shop can legally resurface them. Worse you can do is bring them somewhere to see if they will. Should be around $20 to do it.

    They should have a poll asking whether people are for or against the police- every person's name is put on a list either for or against. The next time somebody dials 911, they check the list. If the caller is supportive/for police, they take the call. If they are against police, they hang up ;)

    Just purchased spring shock/strut kit from mustangs unlimited...

    Tubular is idea for suspension components, but to each his own. There are a few write ups on control arm and spring installs. Just remember exactly where everything went. And make sure you have the control arms (lower rear and fronts) supported by jacks so they don't fly out and hit you...

    Check your local Vatozone, they should have a book or two on rebuilding small block Fords. As far as cams- your preference, really. Heads, get Trickflow's new Twisted Wedge's :D Timing chains, either OEM Ford or Trickflow, I think Comp Cams sells them, but not sure.
