    New lights?

I bought mine from the classifieds--they were new but the guy had wrecked his car before the install. They seem to fit pretty good on my car.

    Lug nuts backing out?

I hear ya, I met one at the 7-Eleven this morning...:rlaugh: Are they bolt-through or bolt-on spacers? If they are the kind that slide over your studs then it could be there is not enough threading left on the stock studs and they are backing off maybe? There could be just enough difference...

    Replacement headlights

Actually, I bought them from a guy in a classified--they were new but his car got wrecked before he could install them. To be honest, I am not sure where he purchased them from originally but they fit perfectly. I also did the "oven-bake" that NightHawk mentioned to keep them from fogging. I...

    Lug nuts backing out?

I see, yeah I kinda jumped to conclusion on that one...sorry I didn't mean to sound condescending or anything. :) I just read the post and thought "oh dang" and could picture the wheel flying off. It is kind of weird it's only doing it on one side, although there can be differences in our...

    Lug nuts backing out?

Are the lug nuts coming loose, or are you saying the studs themselves are coming loose? Either way, it is way dangerous man and I wouldn't drive it anymore than I absolutely had to! It sounds like the backspacing is way off to start with...be careful and good luck.

    1999 mustang front brakes.

+1 Did you lube the slide pins good in the rear? They do tend to freeze up and rub...happened to mine a while back.

Best way to lower my 00 GT about 2 inches?

If money is an issue there is another route you might consider. Look in the classifieds for people selling their setups from a Bullitt or Mach1. I have seen good deals on the shocks/struts with low miles. They are Tokicos and are very similar to the Tokico Blues. Just a thought...

    Kenne Bell: Intercooled or not?

Maybe you could try it, run low boost and keep it safe. Then, if you find later on you need it, or you want to amp it up, then upgrade? I have wondered the same thing when I daydream about a blower...it might be good just to take the plunge and go all out.

few pics of the new ride

I think it looks good too, especially on the darker cars! You should get one and put it on, so I can see how it would look on black! :D

Best way to lower my 00 GT about 2 inches?

Personally, I love my Ford Racing "C" springs. I got about a 1.25-1.50" drop in the front and about 1" in the rear. It gave my car a nice subtle rake that I really like. I also didn't want to slam the car too low as it's a driver and I didn't want to have to worry about bumps/etc either. The...

    My 09 Stang

Technically you posted in the area of the forums for 96-04 Mustangs. There is a separate forum for S-197s like yours. It's no big deal, you just might get more response from those guys. That being said, congrats on the new car it's beautiful! :nice:
