    Stuffing weiand stealth or performer RPM under the hood of a 65-66 351w car...

    I have a 65 with a 351W. Had 65 mounts and switched to TCP mounts. This dropped the engine another 3/4 inch. Without this additional clearance, I couldn't get an air cleaner to fit under the stock hood.

    Air shocks and big ole L60X15 tires sticking out the quarters will give it that 70's look :) Helps braking and handling too ! (How did we ever survive driving cars like that???)

    Any experience with cheap knockoff HEI distributors?

    I've got one in my 351. Works great, is self contained and replacement parts are available at any parts store. Only down side is it is higher than stock.

    Just installed the TCP coil over in my 65. Still have 4 wheel drums. I have a set of Granada spindles / brakes and was thinking of using them until I recover from buying the front end. I've read about some disasters mixing the wrong combinations. Any thoughts on this?? Thanks

    What can the alignment people screw up?? I would have guessed adjusting the control arms was basically the same as adding or deleting shims to adjust arm position. Thanks
