    Throttle body

I don't know the size. Would have to pull a TB apart and measure to get the dash number. O-rings are standard sizes so just a matter of matching it up. Also depends on what brand. This a stock one?

That's my main concern here. The defrost. Because if i destroy it then all this is for nothing. Plan was to chuck this in the sun for an hour or two and then cut it out carefully.

    Throttle body

It's usually an O-ring in there, but it all depends on what brand TB it is. But generally yes, you can remove the throttle body blade from the shaft, and pull the shaft out and you should see a seal or O-ring in there

    Fox 1993 LX 2.3 Wiring

Little three pin connector is the low fluid plug for the master cylinder reservoir. The other plug i believe connects to the original engine harness and go across the firewall pinch weld. You prob don't need that now.

Big one at top left corner is the DRL shorting plug. On canadian cars, there is a module here. On US cars they get a shorting plug, which is what you have. You can likely cut it out provided you ID what wires short to what and keep those connections intact in the harness. I would just...

The circuit breaker also does the plug under the seats that would send power to the power lumbar or drivers seat track

Left to right ECU ground. Circuit breaker for power windows/locks. Red wire is the starter solenoid trigger wire. Yellow feeds power to bunch of stuff

All the hatches i see on Marketplace are junk. Rust, needs paint welding, etc. Still want $300-400+. I managed to get the window trim off without bending it up. Gonna SEM trim black paint it and squirrel it away. Now to cut the glass out. Good thing it's gonna be 95-100 this week...

Started cleaning it off. Glad is clean. Grid is iffy. Will need to test it and see. There is some blotching I’m not a fan of. Gotta see how I can remove this. Just noticed the window molding trim is still on this hatch. It’s in decent shape. I also looked up what these were selling for...

Welp. Hatch off an ‘87 Saleen is now with me. Not sure if the defrost grid is good. Gonna remove the glass, test it out, polish it up, and if not acceptable I’ll just relist the glass and that’s that.

    Intake

Use? This a high RPM track/drag motor? Or a street build? For long runner intakes there aren’t really a whole lot of choices left. Holley, trick flow or Edelbrock. I’d prob lean to the Holley myself.

Innova scanner not working 88 5.0

1988 Speed Density cars do not have a CEL. You can certainly add one if you want, but it will not prevent you from using the Innova. 1988 Cali MA air cars do have the CEL https://stangnet.com/mustang-forums/threads/foxbody-mustang-adding-check-engine-light-to-86-88-cars.922445/ I assume you...

    What megasquirt kit to order

Valid question. My understanding is that 86-93 and 94-95 are not interchangeable unless a few pins are swapped. So my mindset would be whatever ECU you have now is likely what you need to get assuming everything was setup correctly by the previous owner.

Well just to update. No pics Been working on the tune. Having the right injector settings has made this easier I will say. But cold start is pretty sweet now. I have cold and hot starts from 80-185degrees pretty dialed in. Can't really work on 20-80 degree starts til fall/winter. I'll...

Interior and Upholstery How to remove seatbelt torx screw

My air impact would just shatter my torx bits. I tried a few different brands. Even welded a nut onto the bolt with a 3 foot breaker bar and that didn't budge it with a MAPP gas torch on the bottom side. Only bolts to ever defeat me.

    Engine Code 41 again

When i pulled my E7's, i did find one side was completely blocked up and I did run my smog pump/pipe. I don't recall having a code for it though.

    2000 GT: Interior color change?

They need a respray at minimum. I think I can work my magic and get them presentable. One door panel may not be up to my standards so I might have to seek out another. Keeping an eye out for bulk lots on FB. eBay pricing is crazy. I do have another dash. Did cross my mind to dye it but...
