    What kind of mess has a P.O. left for you?

    My radio harness was cut off to wire a cd player..... thats about all I found wrong with mine. I plan on cutting one out of a junk mustang and soldering and shring tubing it back to normal not a big deal but it kinda ticked me off.... I can't immagine how you felt

    don't use one of them expanding plugs please.... if the hole is 1 5/8 buy some 1 5/8 plugs (just an example may be different size than that) getting the old one out is the PITA like you said but the new one goes in alot easier.     Help with Tune-Up

    1) Spark Plugs/ Sparkplug Wires....autolite #25 with 0.54 gap (IIRC) 2) Cap and Rotor (I run MSD for the look and function) 3) Fuel Filter (good idea) 4) PCV Valve (another good idea or atleast check) 5) Timing to 10 degrees (could probly bump to 13-14 deg with 91 octane or so) 6)...

    Need Help - Broken Oil Pan Bolt

    weld a nut to it and let it cool (fill the whole center of the nut with weld)....wiggle it back and forth and turn it out like normal.

    Headers for Stock 5.0

    I used some BBK part # BBK1515 and like them. I cleaned the port openings on mine with a die grinder to remove alot of excess weld. I only bought them because I heard alot of good about BBK and my stock headers were starting to leak from the collectors rotting away

    front alignment/scrub issues

    half a deg is a fair bit..... IMO. I would want the camber as close as possible if not the same on both sides. when I do alignments I like to see them within 0.05 degree.

    there is a 4 cyl in my local yard with a tan int in decent shape.... I thought it was rare but never thought much of it. I wouldn't be surprised if the car was crushed by now

    Front poly control arms bushings worth it?

    never done mustang front control arms but I have done a few older chevy cars. I put the torch to the old bushings and leave them outside to burn for maby 20 minutes. clean them up after the rubber is burnt out and press the new ones in with lube.
