    I stand Corrected... 99 Had the different mounting bracket. Again.. I was wrong on that.. there are some different part numbers in there, but Im sure it's negligeable. 00-02 had the same mounting bracket. Carry on , lol Install Manual with Part numbers

    I did dyno after switching oil to Mobil 1.. there was a 7 HP difference on the dyno sheet.. Now I'm supercharged so dont expect to feel the difference on an NA car, but I did with mine.. definately noticed a difference.

    Ford switched Engines in 2001. It's still a modular 4.6 but it's made in a different plant. Compare your belt routing with an 02 Mustangs belt.. it should be different if Im not mistaken. I'll be in Pougkipsie this weekend if you want to compare

    Regardless, I think Im right this time. The actual head unit is the same, the bracket however is made for a different timing cover and wont mount flush.... ask bleu01mustang on Modulardepot about it.. He compared my setup to the one he purchased and the bracket was DEFINATELY different along...

    I thought the mounting bracket from the 99's and 00 was different from the 01-02's. Doesnt the belt route differently as well??

    I've had mine a few months, the mufflers still have a mirror finish to them, the tailpipes are fine, just put some blue loctite on them when you install and you'll be all set.

Flowmasters are somewhat restrictive compared to the other exhaust manufacturers out there. Exhaust is going to be more subjective to your tastes. I like mine somewhat quiet...

    What Will Springs and Subframes Provide?

    Only the Verts and special edition stangs come with subframes.. but they're bolt ins and only offer marginal rigidity.. the full length weld ins rock... You can jack the car up from the back and the front tire on that side will lift with it.. car rocks on the corners and over rough roads now too.
