    if your asking these simple questions..seriously it sounds to advanced for your skills..if your just trying to come up with ideas..i got one.. you could use a drill with a 1/4 in drill bit and drill sm holes every 1/2inch or so around the edges of the letters then attach your neon from the back...

    my opinion...its ugly and doesnt look right on a stock exterior II.. it definately doesnt look factory. its attaches with sm. sheet metal screws. save your cash and wait for a factory one off ebay, or ask in the parts section here..

    but did you replace the bulbs? i know i know the 3rd brake light is out but.. the third brake light could have been out before all this.. the bulbs have two different filements inside.. one for parking lights and 1 for braking. otherwise brake light pedal switch,, or the bulb socket...

    yes they can. they also get a rotational noise sounding like a belt. if you pull the cover off and spray wd40 right inside the noise will go away atleast long enough to say (holy **** thats it).. sometimes you will get a check engine light, sometimes you dont. if you do have a check engine...

    yes it is possible it could be the relay.. i explained how to check it in my previous post... i will tell you again... this test is to see if the relay is working... remove the wires to the coolant temp sensor get a paper clip, open it, use each end, look inside the plug there are two wire...

    i highly doubt that..i dont get it why would he remove the belt if the noise was coming from the tranny area?? i would check your cam sensor..sounds like your chasing a noise that you dont know where its coming from..if you pull the two small bolts that hold the cover on and spray some wd40...
