is this a good price for an A/C compressor?

stanparts has them for $150. whenever you can avoid buying parts from ford, they'll screw you hard. if you dont want a used one, try other auto parts stores, napa, autozone, ETC.

instructions for changing plugs in a 96 cobra please

fortunately its not complicated, you just have to remove some stuff. first off remove the intake tube from the throttle body to the maf, that will open up space to the passenger side valve cover.remove the spark plug wire covers on both valve covers. next pull the wires from the spark plug and...

    Rear Coilover Suggestions??

the only rear coilover kit you should be thinking about is from maximum motorsports. i hade their full coilover kit front and rear with bilstein shocks and the ride was great with zero noise. i also had no problems with rubbing on the frame or tires and this was with 18x11" wheels and a 315...

    Swaybar with coilovers??

i dont have a swaybar on the cobra and it's not that bad. you just cant go balls to the wall into corners, but with sensible driving you wont miss it. you'll be able to feel alittle more movement if you take a turn to quick but just be carefuly and you'll be fine.

Why do some guys with c springs get a level drop?

you can mess with the isolators to get the drop right. i had basically a level drop with my c springs but took out the front isolators to get a raked stance.

    Bottoming out

i dont even know if they are made but please dont put air shocks on a mustang. is your car lowered? if not then it already has 4x4 look adding 2" to that would look god awful. if it is lowered just put the stock springs back in. one thing to do would be to put boards at the bottom or you...

    Spintech side exhaust

i cant help you on the sound but i will say that imo these side exhaust kits are not good at all for making good power. if you're not interested in getting the most out of your car and just want a good sounding exhaust then go for it, otherwise you might want to rethink your choice. the roush...

    Help with which tune??

a good tune is worth a few hour road trip, trust me. however if that is totally out of the question if you buy an sct excalibrator2 from modular powerhouse i'm pretty sure tim will include a tune for your car in. i'm not 100% sure though, so you'll have to give them a call.

    Supercharge mods???

by the sound of things your car is basically ran solely on the street in which case go with the kb. the centrifugal blower(ATI, vortech, ETC.) are nice for peak power but it is just that, PEAK. all of the fun is at the top of the rpm band which means you have to twist on the motor harder to get...
