    These aren't made by ss inserts...but I think they look pretty similar. It's a company called Grillcraft. They have some very nice products as well. And expensive. I really like the lower grille...But I would just leave the upper grille in the stock form...

    Wrong Splash Guards

    You won't find specific 2002 mustang splash gaurds. They don't reinvent the wheel for each specific model year. What works for 1999 will work through 2004. It's the right product for sure. Can't help ya as far as drilling the holes goes. As long as the holes wont be visible when the gaurds...
